“This industry is uniquely demanding. It takes a tenacious drive to get your business rolling.
The entrepreneurs we meet, the distillers that are four or five years in, even the masters, they all have it, that tenacity. It’s a privilege to be part of their story.”
“The course is a terrific foundation for anyone already in the spirits industry or anyone wishing to enter the industry.”
– Tim Shavers, October 2013 Graduate
