Attendees will get to test their knowledge at our on-campus distillery, covering everything from equipment selection, maintenance, and troubleshooting, to best practices in distillate production and product development. We’ll also walk you through energy, resource, and production calculations, proofing and gauging methods, and a live breakdown of distillery site plans. You can also count on exploring evaluation techniques and post-distillation processing, blending, barreling, and bottling procedures.

- Graduation from the 6-Day Distiller Course at Moonshine University, OR
- A valid Distilled Spirits Permit, or DSP, OR
- An extensive experience in or ownership of a brewery.
Tuition includes all class materials; breakfast, lunch, and refreshments; an invite to First Round at The Brown networking event; and transportation between our contracted hotel and our campus. $3,995
**Early Bird Registration covers your stay at our contracted hotel from the night before Day 1 to the last day of class. The Early Bird deadline is 3 weeks before the first day of class.
