Kristin Carlton

Kristin serves as Head of Compliance at Penrose Hill, a wine and spirits company in Napa, California. Previously, she worked as Vice President of Client Services at Compli Compliance Services & Software, playing an integral role in the company's growth. There, Kristin represented Compli with major accounts, affiliates, and strategic allies to facilitate the development of new product features. Before joining Compli in 2005, she spent three years as a Compliance Specialist developing her experience in management and marketing.
