Scott Timms

I got my Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin and worked in the petrochemical/Oil & gas industry for six years. During my time as an engineer I was brewing a lot of beer at home, and decided that the brewing industry was the place for me. I moved to Oregon and worked at Falling Sky Brewing for another 6 years, moving from cellar operator up to Production Manager. During my time at Falling Sky, I also attended the Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology receiving my certificate in Brewing Technology. I quit Falling Sky to travel and upon getting back to the states started working for G&D, where I specialize in helping breweries and distilleries size and select chilling systems that help them operate smoothly.
